French styled 'parterres' - planting beds and lawn with diamond-shaped Peruvian crema-travertine 24"x24" marble tiles line pathways to the herringbone pattern pool surround of hand-cut 1" travertine-butter-sticks. A focal-point is created with a custom-designed 8'x6' five-ton limestone Roman Lion-head fountain-has glass tiles, Corinthian capital-Doric base columns, ribbed bowl and arched hood with feather keystone center. The hand-chiseled field-stone semi-circle parameter-wall creates a garden-style grotto around the fountain — perfectly proportioned when viewed close-up or from the garden entrance 'moon-gate.'

The 3,000SF oasis was excavated from of a 10,000SF mountain and has a 300-foot long, hand-cut field stone, 18" thick, 5' tall garden parameter-wall with chamfered top and double bull-noise precast limestone edge. The wall holds back a 7,000SF lawn above with easy access from several stair-cases, made of the same material as the wall. Precast limestone capped posts flank the stairs to the upper lawn with Fine Art Lamps that illuminate the property.
